Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning their item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds will not be awarded until the item has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. In most cases, a bank confirmation letter will be required to complete the refund transaction.
